We aim to build a strong sporting culture rooted in discipline, integrity, and excellence, empowering young talents to rise through the ranks and represent Maharashtra and India on national and international platforms. Our vision is to make Grappling not just a sport, but a movement that inspires fitness, mental strength, and unity among youth.

• To develop, promote, and popularize Grappling across all regions of Maharashtra by conducting awareness campaigns, school & college activations, and community outreach.

• To identify and nurture talent through structured training programs, certified coaches, and state-level performance centers.

• To organize championships, seminars, technical workshops, and referee clinics that meet national and international standards set by the Grappling Federation of India (GFI) and United World Wrestling (UWW).

• To create opportunities for athletes to transition from amateur to professional levels through clear pathways, selection trials, and exposure to national & international events.

• To work closely with educational institutions, sports authorities, and government bodies to integrate Grappling into school and university sports programs (SGFI & AIU).

• To uphold the values of fair play, safety, inclusivity, and transparency in all our operations and competitions.

• To foster a community-driven grappling culture that respects the sport's history while innovating for the future.
